(1) The designated officer of the land that has been sold and distributed according to section 4 must register it in the registration book as specified in the name of the person who will be entitled to it in the sale distribution and send a certified copy of the same to the relevant warehouse or to the land administration office in the district where there is no warehouse.
(2) After receiving the certified copy of the registration book according to sub-section (1), the concerned mall or land administration office should register the land as the land owner in the name of the person who will get the land.
